To start making the candy, you would require a double boiler to melt the chocolate and morsels along the line properly. Don’t boil them both directly on water because it would destroy your whole procedure. You should have something like a pan over the boiling water so it would melt the whole thing properly. Add vegetable shortening along with it so the taste would remain solid and mixed. When the mixture becomes very smooth, you should pour half of it in the moulds that are relatively smaller and medium in size. Once they are half filled, put them into the refrigerator and try they get solidify a little bit.


For the remaining mixture, you would have to cook it on heat for a little bit and when the mixture starts becoming homogenous again, add caramel and peanuts to it. Add butter and water to the mixture and allow it to cook smoothly. When you think everything is mixed in an accurate proportion, spread the mixture out on the already frozen candy moulds that you have and make it even so the moulds become filled all the way. If you want to make it different, use candy sticks for the kids or let it stay just the way it is. Chill the moulds completely now until they are ready to be presented.
